We have two subdivisions in the South Mountain area of Phoenix: Phoenix Mountain Views and Estrella Mountain View. These are one acre custom home subdivisions. They are both within 20 minutes of downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor airport, and both major freeways. Both subdivisions offer beautiful mountain and downtown city views. It’s difficult today to find acreage with City amenities. Whether you’re a professional who needs some space or a country person who needs some horse property, both subdivisions have something for everyone.
